This qualification will provide you with knowledge and skills for employment in the diverse employment areas.
The course units build skills in preparing financial reports, spreadsheets and presentations, as well as writing documents, managing projects and monitoring workplace safety.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. These individuals may have supervisory performance accountabilities.
Individuals in these roles carry out a mix of specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks that require self-development skills. They use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

Entry Requirements
To ensure an appropriate learning opportunity, participants would need to demonstrate a capacity to undertake study at Certificate IV level, this can be demonstrated via the following:

Australian year 11 or equivalent

IELTS overall score 5 or equivalent,or minimum 6 weeks of Upper-IntEAP/IELTS Exam preparation courseat Universal English

Literacy Language and Numeracy (LLN) Score: Learning 3, Reading 4,Writing 4, Oral Comm. 4, Numeracy 3.

Attach the following required documents:

Certified Academic transcripts and other qualification, or relevant employment documents

Copy of any proof of identification (eg. drivers license, medicare - 100 points test)

For RPL application, you will be contacted for a meeting (face to face or online) with trainer/assessor.
